Why picture books?

I consider picture books the gateway to a lifetime love of reading.

Once I had children of my own, I started reading a LOT more picture books. Some made me laugh out loud, some made me cringe. As someone who has always enjoyed a creative outlet, it was only a matter of time until the ideas for my own stories started flowing. I decided that I wanted to write stories that kids would love, and that adults wouldn’t mind reading over and over again. And again.

Do you have a literary agent?

Not yet! I’m in the process of seeking representation, and excited for what the future will hold once I find someone to join me on this journey.
